1. Information we handle

• Information you provide. When you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. If an app offers an account, we process the account information you provide to operate it.
• App content. Content you create or import is processed to provide the feature you choose. Where a feature uses online storage, synchronization, or a cloud service, the information needed for that feature is sent to the relevant service. Device-only features process content locally.
• Usage and technical information. Apps may collect basic product interactions, app and operating system versions, device type, and error information to improve reliability and understand how features are used. This information is not used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

2. How we use and share information

We use information to provide app features, respond to support requests, maintain security, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the features you use, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect people and our legal rights. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable data protection requirements.

3. Device permissions and third-party services

An app may request access to device features, such as photos, the microphone, or notifications, when needed for a feature you choose. You can manage these permissions in your device settings. Declining access may limit the related feature. Services you access through an app, including Apple, Google, and other connected services, have their own privacy policies.

Our website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website.

4. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Content stored only on your device is under your control; deleting an app may remove that content. Backups and connected cloud services may need to be managed separately.

5. Your choices and rights

You can manage permissions and delete content using the controls available in the app or on your device. If an app offers an account, use its account-deletion option or contact us for help. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing and withdraw consent. 6. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information without legally required parental consent. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information can contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
